I am Srividhya T, an educator with 3 years of teaching experience, specializing in teaching all subjects for students from Class 1 to Class 6. My focus is on building strong foundational knowledge in young learners and helping them develop confidence in their academic abilities. I believe that the early years of education are crucial, and I strive to make learning a positive and engaging experience for every student.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and a Master of Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.), which have provided me with a strong academic and analytical background. My engineering education has strengthened my logical thinking and problem-solving skills, which I use effectively in my teaching to simplify concepts and make them easier for students to understand. This helps me present lessons in a structured and clear manner that suits young learners.
With 3 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students across primary grades, helping them in all subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, and other foundational areas. My experience has helped me understand how different students learn and what methods work best for them. I focus on ensuring that each child receives proper attention and support according to their individual learning pace.
My teaching approach is centered on building strong fundamentals. I believe that when basic concepts are clear, students can easily progress to higher levels without difficulty. I ensure that every topic is explained step by step, with simple language and relatable examples so that students can grasp concepts quickly and effectively.
I follow a structured lesson plan for all my classes to ensure organized and systematic learning. Each session is designed with clear objectives, starting from concept explanation, followed by examples and guided practice. My classes are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and participate actively, which helps improve their understanding and confidence.
I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and whiteboards to make learning more visual and engaging. This helps young learners stay focused and understand concepts better. I also include practice exercises and revision sessions to reinforce learning and improve retention.
My goal as a teacher is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students enjoy learning and develop a strong academic foundation. I aim to help every child become confident, curious, and independent in their studies while achieving steady academic progress.
