I hold the prestigious Nritya Alankar degree, a Master’s qualification in Bharatanatyam, which has equipped me with deep knowledge and mastery of this classical dance style. This academic background allows me to teach with authority and convey the cultural richness of Bharatanatyam effectively.
In 2022, I was honored with a National Award for solo dance at a competition held in Jaipur. Alongside this, I have received several other accolades in the field of dance, reflecting my commitment to excellence and artistic achievement.
As the founder of Kalangan Nrityalay, I take great pride in creating a learning environment where students can explore the beauty of Bharatanatyam and Folk dance. I follow the syllabus of the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Vashi, to ensure a structured and comprehensive curriculum that respects tradition.
I prefer conducting my classes online, offering convenience and accessibility to students wherever they are. My teaching approach balances technique, expression, and cultural understanding, catering both to hobbyists and serious learners.
While I do not provide certifications for hobby students, I am fully equipped to prepare those who aspire to build a professional career in dance for government-recognized certification exams. My goal is to support every student’s journey in the art form, whether for personal enjoyment or professional development.
