Mohd Irshad

1. Background

I have a strong command of spoken English and communication skills, with a keen interest in helping students improve their fluency, confidence, and overall personality. I have spent considerable time learning, developing, and preparing structured English-speaking lessons focused on practical communication rather than just theoretical grammar.

My approach is interactive and student-focused, helping learners overcome hesitation, improve pronunciation, build vocabulary, and express themselves confidently in everyday and professional situations.

2. Experience

I have dedicated approximately three years to developing my English communication skills and preparing structured spoken English learning content. My teaching approach focuses on practical conversation, sentence formation, vocabulary building, pronunciation, public speaking, and confidence development.

I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can practice speaking English without fear of making mistakes. My goal is to help learners communicate more naturally and confidently in their daily lives, interviews, and professional environments.
