It depends on what field you are working in. For eg.: If you are an engineer, German is a plus. There are many German engineering companies which would prefer a German-speaking engineer. If you are into Fashion or Culinary Industry, learn French. Spanish is widely spoken after English which may provide a lot of opportunities. Nowadays people are also learning Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. It also depends on the economic and trade relations of India with the Country whose language you are learning. So many factors play a role.
