I am an Ayurvedic doctor and a teacher of Yoga, Garbh Sanskar & Meditation. I have been giving home/online Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Meditation & Garbh Sanskar since 2014.

I have a B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedic Doctor) degree and I am a certified Ayurveda practitioner.
I am also a certified Yoga Therapy, Meditation & Garbh Sanskar trainer.

I specialize in holistic healing for the mind & spirit through ancient Indian traditional teachings. I have treated many ailments, such as Kidney Stones, Anxiety, Depression, Obesity, Arthritis, PCOD and many others with the help of Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation & Panchakarma therapies.

I believe in devoting time on a one on one basis or in small groups as I feel it helps students learn faster. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to my students and patients.
