I am A yoga enthusiast at my age of 15 start practising yoga , after completed my graduation lately I Joined in BIHAR SCHOOL OF YOGA and found my guru Swami Niranjanananda Saraswathi Studied at BSY as a Gurukul style for 6 months completed my certification , and came back to Bangalore then joined SVYASA YOGA UNIVERSITY completed yoga instructed course and PG diploma in Yoga Therapy , and practised their with other masters like advanced asanas , yogic cleansing techniques, pranayama , Meditation . Afterwards I got an opportunity to go in CHINA and start a yoga school There , since 2008 I was working in China and teaching yoga and meditation, training for teachers , in all over CHINA , during the COVID 19 pandemic I came back to india now I am looking similar jobs in India .
I am able to teach Asana , pranayama, yoga therapy , cleaning technique, meditation and Yoga Nidra .
