I have completed my graduation in Pathology and hold a Master’s degree in Microbiology, with over 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in diagnostic pathology laboratories. I possess in-depth knowledge of both Pathology and Microbiology, with strong expertise in laboratory operations, diagnostic procedures, and quality control standards.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in routine and specialized laboratory testing, including hematology, biochemistry, serology, immunology, histopathology support, and microbiological investigations such as culture, sensitivity testing, staining techniques, and infection control practices. I am well-versed in sample collection, processing, reporting, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to NABL and laboratory safety guidelines.

I have strong experience in operating and maintaining modern diagnostic instruments, implementing quality assurance protocols, and ensuring timely and reliable test results. My professional approach emphasizes precision, ethics, patient safety, and continuous improvement. I am capable of training junior staff, coordinating with clinicians, and managing laboratory workflows efficiently.
