I had worked as an Assistant Teacher in Arunodoi Academy, Tangla. My overall experience during the work period was absolutely amazing. I had the best time out of it. I interacted with students who were lacking behind for the core subject and i.e. English. So in order to improve their English, first of all I had to communicate with them and teach them how to inculcate the progress of speaking English gradually. After that I used to conduct assessment tests once a week in order to improve their skills in English.
