Tally ERP 9 is advanced version compared to Tally 7.2. There are more features in Tally ERP 9 than that of in Tally 7.2.

Tally.erp9 9 - This is ERP software - ERP Means Enterprises Resource Planning , that means this software will cover Fullfil of our whole company requirments , Accounts, Inventory, Taxation, and Payroll. Tally 7.2 is only Accounts and inventroy software.

It was the first from the lot of Tally software to introduce features like statutory compliant versions. The key features of this software included complete book keeping, General Ledger, Books, Registers and Statements of Accounts, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Drill down display and date, etc. It used to cater the demands of all types of businesses by providing a range of management reports.
