Hello, I am fitness freak person. When I started gym I suffered from a backache. Then shifted my focus to running but due to my pronated foot, I am not able to pursue that passion as well. The doctor suggested me to learn swimming. I am willing to learn it but as I am working professional, 10 AM to 7 PM job does not allow me to attend swimming classes which are generally between 10 AM to 6 PM. Suggest me a solution or any alternative sport which I can learn in this odd timings and be fit.
