Surjit is an Information technology graduate from G.E.I.T, Dehradun & currently doing his Masters in Psychology.



Surjit has 6 years of corporate experience in companies like WNS, Triton, Maples, Citibank, Wipro and Aspire in different core functions from Operations, Training and Quality. From past 3 years he is into communication, voice, behavioral and employability training. Currently deployed as Learning specialist in working & monitoring operations for American Express, New Accounts, (World Services).



He is also working as a consultant (free lancer) for BPO, educational institutes, FMCG & IT firms. His strengths are professionalism, in depth knowledge of chosen subjects and fast learning ability. He believes to perform progressively in healthy and competitive environment by tackling the stiffest of challenges head on playing a proactive role being a change agent.
