I have over 10 years of experience in the field of Spoken English training. During this time, I worked as a Centre Head at English Express, where I played a key role in designing and delivering effective English communication programs. My responsibilities included training and mentoring teachers to conduct Spoken English sessions in various schools, ensuring they followed engaging and interactive teaching methodologies. As a part of my role, I regularly organized and managed Spoken English events such as debates, speech competitions, role plays, and group discussions, which helped students gain confidence and fluency in English. I focused on practical learning, helping students improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. My experience also includes developing customized lesson plans for different age groups and proficiency levels. I believe in creating a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages students to express themselves freely and overcome language barriers. Over the years, I have seen many students transform into confident English speakers, and that remains the most rewarding part of my journey.
