Please try to make small sentences to start with of what do uo do daily. Say those sentences by standing in front of mirror. Try to listen for half an hour some English songs for kids, BBC news etc. Spare some time in a day to speak with a person with whom you are comfortable and who will correct your errors while you have conversation with him. By doing daily practice you should be able to speak properly.

Practice daily with someone who will support you even if you make some errors while speaking. Watch the BBC news atleast for one hour. Surely you will find improvement if followed in this way.

Start speaking small sentences in English with someone who will correct you in a positive way. When speaking see that your message is conveyed in short sentences. Slowly slowly your confidence will improve. Start thinking in English and keep on practising, practising, practising.

Just brief Guidelines:-

1) Join a good local library (managed by municipal corporation).

2) Read various grammar books of students with passages, sentences of calss 1 to 10.

3) Do read daily newspaper (Visit the local reading rooms. Times of India is preferred). You may not understand at beginining but don't let your morale to degrade. Keep reading articles of your areas of interest. Good reading will help you to improve your writing skills.

4) Make a note of new words you come across. Find meaning of the word as used in the sentence. In english words are different meanings as per usage. Try to find same meaning words (synonyms) and opposite menaing words (Antonyms). Make sentences of the same.

Try to listen for half an hour some English songs for kids, BBC news etc. Spare some time in a day to speak with a person with whom you are comfortable and who will correct your errors while you have conversation with him. By doing daily practice you should be able to speak properly.
