Harsh Gajjar - 3.5 Years experience ~ NIOS private tuitions in Maths & CS | 4 years Experience ~ IT Professional

I am a versatile professional with experience spanning teaching, operations management, technology, and data-driven process improvement.

I have over 3.5 years of teaching experience, primarily in Mathematics and Computer Science, where I have worked closely with students from different learning levels and backgrounds. My teaching experience has helped me develop strong skills in communication, mentoring, classroom management, problem-solving, curriculum planning, and simplifying complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand lessons. I have also been involved in planning and managing batches, preparing learning materials, conducting revision sessions, evaluating student performance, and communicating effectively with students and parents.

Alongside teaching, I currently work as a Manager – Operations, where I manage end-to-end operational activities, team coordination, client communication, data accuracy, reporting, reconciliation, financial process governance, and process improvement. I focus on identifying operational gaps, standardizing processes, improving efficiency, and using data and automation to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
