Teaching has always been my passion as I have seen my mother also teaching as a tutor for more than 24 years. My experience as an educator in an IB school for 2+years was exquisitely amazing. I implemented various classroom management techniques, made the sessions interactive for my students, gave them ownership to work on their projects, and guided them as a mentor, apart from the other academic learning. I always gave them hands-on/ experiential learning to assist them better in their learning journey. Moreover, a differentiated approach to teaching as every student's learning pace and understanding is different. Hence, I curated the lesson plans accordingly. Always a wonderful experience to be around students!
