How do we practice stock market trading while doing your job? Is there an easy method?

Answer 
Always practice in live market and your doing job then you also try to commodity market its open till 11:30 pm so you can leanr from the live market. Once you learn and get some level of confident then you have to shift in derivatives market and you can start with swing trading.
