How can I earn 30K in one month with no skill and degree under belt?

First you should continue your study and side by side you can learn and develop skills about stock market and trading which will after an year will help you generate income for you as well as you continue doing your studies too.

You can't.  Or, if you do it after I just said that, if you REALLY do make 30K in one month... Then  you don't need Quora. 

But I would err on the side of "you can't"  so that you don't day-dream.

Because if you were really challenging yourself you would be doing it, not asking.

Now, you can make a living with  A BLOG within 6 months.

With work and time.

There is NO GET RICH QUICK way

It does not happen that way.

This is one of the things every 19 year old needs to understand...

After you make a living then you can make wealth
