I'm Som Gairola a passionate yoga instructor. In 2022-2023 I work as a freelancer in Nritya Ratan dance academy in gurugram, i teach there Dance,Zumba& Yoga and also take personal yoga classes after this i left and pursue diploma in yogic science in 2023-24. In 2024 I joined M.A in yogic science beside this i work in jaago Rehabilitation and counseling centre for 1 year (2024-2025) and In 2025 i joined aagaz rehabilitation and counseling centre as a yoga and wellness coach. Besides this i also take online personal and group classes.

You should begin when you can sit in a meditative posture (like sukhasana,Padmasana or Siddhasana etc.) with a straight spine for at least 30 minutes without physical distraction. If the body is not stable, the breath cannot become "quiet."
Start with mastering the asana first then practice pranayama.
Morning is a good time for pranayam but You can also practice in evening.
