IdentityI am a dedicated sports professional with a strong academic and practical background in Physical Education and Athletics. I completed my B.P.Ed from Jiwaji University and am currently pursuing my M.P.Ed in Running specialization from HNBGU. Along with my academic journey, I have gained valuable experience as a private sports and physical education instructor for one year during my B.P.Ed.
I hold multiple professional certifications including:
1- Strength and Conditioning Certificate Course
2- AFI Pre-Level 1 Coaching Certificate
In addition to coaching, I also serve as a District Technical Official in Athletics, which has strengthened my understanding of competition rules, event management, and athlete performance evaluation.
With strong knowledge in endurance training, running biomechanics, coaching techniques, and sports science, I am passionate about helping athletes improve their performance through scientific and structured training methods. I aim to continue growing as a coach, educator, and sports professional, contributing to the development of athletics at both grassroots and competitive levels.
