You will before starting your lesson understand your participant. If he or she has a lot of indianisms in their language while speaking you are looking at tenses going wrong. Spoken English is also about pronunciation you before anything assess their current English speaking abilities

As a trainer we have a power to teach spoken with the help of word, grammar, structure and conversation. But to know which is necessary we use our interpersonal skill.You have a full power to choose the way and reach your ultimate goal. As in this course we have show result in class room.if you are thinking about reading, writing, listening and speaking then I would like to say it only provide understanding by doing all these things anyone can have proper connection with this beautiful language.To speak is totally different it doesn't requires a lot of bookish things and difficult rules of grammar. As for example five years kid is able to speak English. So just do according to your own comfort and which is most suitable for your students. Thanks. read less
