Understand the grammar principles, rules of the language then once you have practiced grammar you can move to pronunciation. Read as many articles in English as possible. In the beginning you will find yourself unable to understand but don't loose heart. If you stick to this routine you will suddenly find that you can get quite a bit of it,. Don't turn back, keep up this practice,.
