It might indicate your less knowledge of English and can provide a negative impact infront of others.

It's not about the language, it's all about the point that you are putting forward has depth in it .. does it have any sense. But command on language is always must. So you can easily explain your point with command on your language.

Doesn't matter, speak. In a GD, not just your English skills are tested but your communication skills, body language, confidence, etc are tested. So go ahead and speak, no stopping you! Hope this helps! :)

Group Discussion is about how you put your point forward. It is not about which language you use. You just need to be fluent and confident in whatever language you speak.
