I am in a place called Kannamangalam. What is the correct usage? 'I am in Kannamangalam' or ' I am at Kannamangalam'. Why modern-day writers have discarded using 'at' for villages.
Since "Kannamangalam" is a place, you need to use 'in'. Using 'at' will make your sentence sound off. So, you should say, "I am in Kannamangalam".
