It is not difficult. I suggest you to attend a spoken English class and learn from a private tutor. Read newspaper regularly. Note down difficult words and try to get the correct meninges of the sentences . Keep practising

Why do Canadians write metre (as in a measurement)instead of meter, but write perimeter not perimetre?
In metric measurement "metre" is the British English and the French spelling (you see, we do like the French), obviously the Canadians like the French too. Meter is just the American English spelling....
