Prepare Questions to Ask the Interviewer E.g., “What does success look like in this role?” “What’s the team culture like?” 💬 During the Interview Be Punctual Arrive 10-15 minutes early (or log in early if it’s virtual). Dress Appropriately Tailor your outfit to the company’s culture (formal, business casual, etc.). Body Language Make eye contact, sit up straight, smile, and avoid fidgeting.
