Three things- hear, speak and watch. Never hesitate. You may make mistakes...but unless you speak yourself, no matter how much you hear and watch, you'll never improve. Watch English news bulletins, English movies or soaps, read short stories (they help immensely) and do these things regularly. Make English-speaking friends with whom you can have conversations on a regular basis, and ask them to correct you wherever you go wrong. But never be embarrassed by mistakes.
