Learning any language is no big deal. First get rid of any apprehensions. If people ridicule or discourage you, let them. Just smile and carry on. First make it a habit to watch English news, grab any magazine you like to read regularly e.g. Readers Digest, Outlook (both eng and hindi and compare the languages), read good newspaper like The Hindu. Daily read out loud for at least 10 minutes thrice. Record your voice and listen back to improve pronunciation. Daily write 5 sentences used routinely and use them as and when required. Take feedback from people and work on it seriously. Remember the formula: Watch, listen, read, speak, write. And, most vital than all, have fun while doing all this and see the difference in 60 days. Good luck. read less
