Is speaking English the only way to prove that you are wise and intelligent?

Certainly not Shreya, Wise and intelligent people understand and respect others, listens more and speak less and give equal chance to all the other people to express their views, thoughts and ideas. But today's scenario in mind it is good to learn and speak in meaningful English.

Don't learn English to show that you are wise and intelligent. Learn it to spread your intelligence to the other part of the country where people can only understand you through English...... I hope you got my point.
