Hello Premkumarchary, you can join a Spoken English class where they teach you basics and advanced English grammar along with accent training, phonetics, and spoken English. Besides that you can start listening to audio clips in English language regarding general conversations, you can even watch English movies that have subtitles. Also, speak with your family and friends in English regularly, if you are even a bit acquainted with the language. Write short paragraphs in English about your daily life, things you like etc, this will also help you in developing your literary skills. Read simple books in English and always search out the meaning of words you do not know the meaning of. On google as well you can listen to the pronunciation of words, both in British and American accent. Connect with native English speaking people, if you know anyone, and ask them to help you in improving your fluency in English.

If you are based in Navi Mumbai, you can always get in touch with me as I will surely help you in your goal to speak English fluently.
