1st, you will have to be a voracious reader to get equipped with quality word power. 2nd, you should regularly follow english videos, movies and listen keenly to the use of vocab and Grammer. 3rd, only reading and listening won't help you out, so whatever you gain from a book or a video you have to use it in your daily conversation. 4th, write 2 pages each day and get it checked by some acknowledged person who would tell you your mistakes and improvements. 5th and the last don't ever loose confidence, be a confident speaker, you know coyness and hesitation won't take you anywhere, stand in front of mirror and talk to yourself confidently.
