I am looking for enhancement of English both written and spoken for my son who is 13 yrs old. Pls suggest some English classes

If he is studying on an English medium school, he should be able to understand and comprehend. Make him read a lot of books and see informative programmes on channels like Nat Geo, Discovery, etc. This would help him to increase his vocabulary.
