It is not years or days that decide whether you'll learn a particular language rather its you who'll decide it , if you want to learn english in 3 months you can ,if you want to learn english in 1 month you can. It all depends on your wish ,efforts and determination. By this I am not saying you have to invest 10 hours a day ,no , you just need 1 or 2 hours practise and you are good to go. Just keep practicing always especially when you are talking to your self. Self talk in english is very helpful and important.Aldo, If you are fond of movies try watching movies in english. You can take help of subtitles to understand what they are speaking this will not only help your vocabulary but also your pronunciation. read less

It depends on your willingness to learn. It is a process. Do not think about number of years, even if you are fluent there will still be loads and loads to learn.
