Dear Ann, language is not a thing to be scared of or feel phobic about. To get comfortable speaking in any language is all about feeling excited about it. Initially, put your thoughts / text properly in a written form and then practice speaking it slowly. While speaking ensure that you are breathing normal. At times , we tend to use fillers like ummmm, etc. If that is an issue be conscious and try to keep mum when there's a tendency to use filler.
