Get a good training and practice in speaking ....by having a conversation in English with your partner and watching some web series like F.R.I.E.N.D.S

First of start reading book of your class in English and find the meaning of words that you dont know in the dictionary or in Google. You can also start reading newspaper and can also talk in English with friends and families that will definitely improve your reading and writing skill.

We can learn english with 4 skills listening,reading, writing, speaking but if have to communicate fluently then listening and speaking are main skills to learn.

First you have to talk out in English. You should try talking with family members and friends in English. Then you have to take up a spoken English course who will correct your grammar and will improve your spoken .
