Learn and practice functional grammar. Do mirror practice. Record yourself to keep track of your progress. Read English newspapers, gather a good amount of vocabulary from them and make use of those words in your own sentences. Speak and interact with your clients and colleagues.

Just go to youtube and start listening people who they speak english , specially their conversation. Also watch the movie of your favourite with english subtitles. The two gonna help you most
