Record your speech on your mobile phone, gradually increase the speed of speaking every single day. At the end of the month, hear your own recordings. You yourself will notice the change in your tone and speed.

Contractions are one of the ways, search more about this. Also using a rich vocabulary along with phrasal verbs gives you the freedom of choice for the words in any given situation and this automatically solves your mental confusion/pauses resulting in a Good fluent flow of words. All the best!
