Sir, my younger sister just passed 10th through NIOS BOARD. She is weak in English and has minor symptoms of ADHD, Learning disabilities and a slow learner. Sir, I believe that she is weak in the English language, and so she isn't coming up with other languages. Sir, I am very much worried about her! Please help!

Immediately she needs one is to one help to increase her language skill & have to take techniques to decrease her other related problems which may be harming her in success in education.
