You could say ¿Puedo entrar? or ¿Puedo pasar? In case you wish to sound a little bit more polite, you can add Perdón or Disculpe at the beginning of the question, like-  ¿Perdón, Puedo entrar? At the end you may add an appropriate addressing term. Por ejemplo- ¿Puedo entrar,Maestra?

If you were holidaying in Argentina, for example, you'd ask: '¿Cómo andas?' (= How are you?)

In Spain, you'd ask: '¿Qué tal?' or the more formal, '¿Cómo estás?', whereas in Cuba, the most common way to ask how someone is doing is ¿Qué bola?.
