It was/ is fun. I enjoy explaining, exploring, discussing, guiding, counseling and making them understand the concept / facts. I love to see kids explaining the topics with confidence and in their own way. Being with multiple differences, different psychological situations was / is quite challenging.

Pressure of board exams is quite disappointing. Parents unable to cope up with the emotional and psychological difference is disheartening. Comparison of children based on marks is really not acceptable. Educational system is deteriorating. Co curricular activities too need to be given equal importance as core subjects. At this stage ( grade 10) majority of the children have the capability of decision making. Due to modern technologies, teaching can be made interesting as well as easy. Regular Evaluation of the students has helped me to understand the understanding level of the children. Especially the surprised tests. Teaching grade 10 is absolutely challenging and is a tool to measure my teaching capabilities.
