You can join any testing training institue .That course duration should be between 2 to 3 months .This much time is enough to learn basic testing concepts.

I would like to learn frameworks for testing field, I learned python programming can you please suggest which latest frameworks are good to learn based on python.(Appium python,test complete,tosca,..)
you can learn selenium with python, but if you are from mobile domain, then go for appium.
