The trainings are conducted by professionals (either by Accenture itself or by experts, hired from outside). Soft skill training generally focuses on interpersonal/communication/ people skills. You could also be participating in role plays, team management activities to understand the dynamics of working in a team. These are few of the learning components within the soft skill training program which will help you develop your people skills. Overall it will be fun and you'll really enjoy the engagement.
