Hello Ajay, Training and Coaching industry is gaining momentum in India and this will be the right time for you to move, also because you are at an age, switching to another industry is relatively easier. There are many certifying bodies/organizations that offer Soft Skills - Train the Trainer certification, but my suggestion to you will be to under go Soft Skills Training first before Train the Trainer Certification. This will give you hands on experience of course content, delivery style and duration, making it easy for you to become a trainer yourself. read less
