0Communication is as important as Food, Water & Air:-
It is so natural and it starts as we are born. As we see something we start communicating within since our childhood. This process starts getting arrested as we come across the rules of communication, the difference of age, the difference of environment and different status codes.
Let us make a list of things which we cannot express and later, start working on those areas. This will make the world a better place:-
1. We are not allowed to laugh loudly and cry loudly anywhere and everywhere. Eg. We cant talk to beggars, we are not allowed to share, etc.
2. We are not allowed to talk about looks, gender, religion and express love for somebody etc. Eg. Racism, pregnancy, mating before marriage, etc.
3. We have a certain format to behave as we grow up and we are always aware and fear of any wrong words while communicating. This makes us talk assuming that this may be liked by other of this will not hurt others. Resistance for expression becomes our life.
4. We start feeling we are not good at communication if we are not able to recite a poem, sing a song, give a speech in front of our class room etc.
These are few examples. The reality is we restrict our own growth and live under pressure thinking more and expressing less at the right time with right words.
I request you to start expressing freely from this moment, not hesitating to say yes and no whenever required. I believe if we communication freely and openly without any prejudices in mind which we have developed since childhood, the next generation will feel more open and free to communicate.
I am sure the world will be a better place to live with less formality and more life.
