IdentityAn Academic Administrator who is working in the capacity of a Principal at Kaziranga Industrial Training Institute at Sivasagar, Assam. With a work experience of nearly four years and counting, I have served and excelled from a trainee level (Micro Finance Firm) to the senior management position (Academia) so far and aspire to serve diligently in the field of Academia in the years ahead.
Presently, I am working closely with my promoters at Kaziranga ITI in matters concerning administration and academic management in the institution. Integrating academic processes, handling moderate to extreme crisis (Pandemic management, indiscipline, and etc), and end to end monitoring of workforce productivity are my critical strengths in any form of situations and places.
