20 + years of core experience to work from execution to Management Level in Sales and
Training along with relevant education have given me the perspective and understanding of the
key factors which leads to success professionally .
 working with Skill Councils as Master Trainer and scope to conduct TOTs in many locations
such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati , Agartala , Shilong , Gangtok and soon
perhaps have given me the Keen understanding of the mind, idea of socio-economic structure
of various parts of the nation and local’s inculcated mindset and adopted and adapted skills to
be accommodated in the same.
 As a creative ,self-motivated person & result oriented professional always prefer & Promote
implementation of innovative ideas and concepts with the increasing transference of learning
from the classroom to the job by converting “pressure to passion”.
 I never miss the scope to Conducted career consciousness programs among the students,
Health Consciousness Programs in Villages, Panchayats, Market Linkage programs among
Farmers and Producer as own social responsibility.
 Understanding of practical nuances perhaps given me the understanding of the need ,the

 I have Done MA in Psychology after BSC to get an Idea about human thought process and done
MBA to find out the most effective way of implementation & it’s impact.

Leadership Trainings ,EQ Practitioners Certification, NLP and so on to know what world is doing.
