I have over 6 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, working with students, young professionals, and corporate learners to help them build confidence, communication skills, and professional presence. Over the years, I have trained more than 20,000 learners through workshops, classroom programs, and structured training modules. I currently run 6 training branches, where we focus on developing essential soft skills required for academic success, career growth, and leadership. My training covers key areas such as communication skills, public speaking, confidence building, body language, presentation skills, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, leadership skills, and interpersonal communication. I am also ICBI trained, which has helped me design structured training programs that focus not just on theory but on practical learning and real-life application. My sessions are highly interactive and activity-based, including role plays, speaking exercises, group discussions, impromptu speaking, and real-world communication scenarios. This approach helps learners practice and apply soft skills immediately, making the learning process engaging and effective.

I have over 9 years of experience in Communication Skills Training, working with students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate learners to help them communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. Over the years, I have trained more than 20,000 learners through workshops, classroom programs, and structured training modules. I currently run 6 training branches, where we regularly conduct programs focused on communication skills, confidence building, and personality development. My training focuses on practical communication skills that can be applied in real-life situations. Key areas I work on include verbal communication, public speaking, voice modulation, body language, presentation skills, structured speaking, and effective listening. I have also been actively associated with Toastmasters, a globally recognized organization dedicated to developing public speaking and leadership skills. My involvement with Toastmasters has helped me refine structured speaking techniques, speech evaluation methods, and confidence-building practices that I incorporate into my training sessions. As an ICBI-trained coach, I design structured and interactive learning modules. My sessions include role plays, impromptu speaking exercises, group discussions, speech structuring, and presentation practice, allowing learners to actively practice communication rather than just learn theory. Additionally, my experience as a Josh Talks speaker and a TEDx speaker coach enables me to guide learners in advanced communication techniques such as storytelling, audience engagement, and impactful message delivery. My goal is to help individuals overcome hesitation, express their ideas clearly, and develop strong communication skills that support both personal and professional growth.
