I have a general background in yoga, which I have practiced consistently for several years. I am also a heart patient since 2017, and yoga has played a major role in my healing journey. With a combination of satvik diet, lifestyle changes, and regular yoga practice, I have been able to significantly improve my heart health.

I once had 89% blockage and my heart’s ejection fraction was only 20%, but through dedication and disciplined practice, it has now improved to 45%. I have reduced my dependence on medication and strengthened my overall health naturally.

Inspired by this transformation, I now want to teach these methods to others so they can also improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga and a balanced lifestyle.
