My name is Harika, and I am a 26-year-old passionate yoga practitioner and instructor. I have been dedicated to yoga for over a decade, starting my journey at the age of 16. For the past eight years, I have been sharing my love for yoga by teaching others, helping them discover the physical and mental benefits of this ancient practice.

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, USA, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of various yoga styles and teaching methodologies. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, where I gained valuable insights into the therapeutic applications of yoga for physical and mental well-being.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Yoga at the same university, further deepening my knowledge and research skills in this field. My experience and academic training enable me to tailor classes that meet the diverse needs of my students, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners. I am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can explore their potential through yoga.
