According to me Teaching should be done with passion. any class, any subject. first the teacher should be clear about the subject. Then give the student comfortability to interrupt and ask questions. Two way communication will solve all problems. Each student is different, the questions they get, the needs they have are all different.The best way to teach students could be by interacting with them. Firstly, understanding how much they know is important. Secondly, one should teach them in the simplest possible way so it's easy for them to grasp. This could be done by relating things to real life entities which they are familiar with. Also, understanding and clearing their queries is important. Once you find your students not able to understand a particular concept you should be try to teach them like a friend, rather than like a strict teacher. Always keep in mind a student of 8th class & you are not having same level of understanding, so make them understand by coming at their level & dont assume that whatever you are teaching them they will understand that in the same way. I always feel I learn from my students.
