How do I automate a localhost, such as localhost: 56763, in Selenium WebDriver for cross-browser testing?

Directly use http://localhost:56763 in driver.get method if you are in the same network. If you can open this URL in browser then you should be able to test in using selenium grid to test on multi browsers
